OUR-DEVOTIONAL — 6/28/2021

“Because of the LORD ’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” —Lamentations 3:22-23

I love you, My child! You woke up again. Another morning, another opportunity to look up to Me and what awaits you. But you’re still fixed on the pain of your worldly trial. You’ve lost so much. You’ve lost or are limited to things and the relationships that mattered so much to you. My heart continues to break. But also remember Who remains despite your trial—Me! You have declared time & time again that I Am first in your life. I know in your heart that I Am. But this trial of yours has left you vulnerable to the Enemy’s whispers that you lost everything. He is trying to re-prioritize that the things you lost were more important than Me. He wants you to stay fixated on what you lost. He wants to leave you feeling hopeless; that there is nothing left for you here on this earth. He is trying to steal, kill and destroy your life. In doing so, he will have kept you alone, isolated, depressed only with your wandering thoughts apart from Me. The Enemy desires for you to be away from Me, away from My Presence. Away from Who is truly first in your life! My child, despite what you have lost, because I Am first in your life you will be able to adjust to a new life—one where you will be even closer to Me! I just need you to start viewing your life more in panoramic—to widen your lens and tilt it upwards to see that despite what you appear to have lost, it’s part of My larger plan so you gain more of Me in your life. It’s hard to see right now because you’re so hyper-focused on your earthly trial. Start to look up, My child, away from the world and more to Me! Keep praying to Me for even the seemingly impossible. Stay in My Word. Keep Me first. I love you!
